ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

 

The services that Aldro for Home and Kitchen Appliances Trading L.L.C provides to User is subject to the following Terms of Use(TOU). Aldro for Home and Kitchen Appliances Trading L.L.C reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to User.
A.This Agreement, which incorporate by reference other provisions applicable to use of www.aldrohome.com , including but not limited to, supplemental terms and condition set forth hereof (“Supplemental Terms”) governing the use of certain specific material contained www.aldrohome.com , sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to use of www.aldrohome.com by User. By using AldroHome for Home and Kitchen Appliances Trading L.L.C, User agrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions hereof. The right to use www.aldrohome.com is personal to User and is not transferable to any other person or entity. User is responsible for protecting the confidentiality of User’s password(s), if any.
B.Aldro for Home and Kitchen Appliances Trading L.L.C shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of www.aldrohome.com , including but not limited to, content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access of use.

Export Restrictions:
–Aldro for Home and Kitchen Appliances Trading L.L.C will deliver to addresses within UAE only. In case of any disputes the law applicable would be based on the UAE Governing Law.
–www.aldrohome.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in compliance with the law of UAE.
–United Arab of Emirates is your company’s country of domicile.

Privacy:

Aldro is committed to the security of all information associated with our customers. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of personal information under our control.

We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
